Brochure Specification

The pagination is very dependent on the amount of club information that is available and also the number of advertisers that take an interest. Please use the following as a guideline.

• Size: 210mm x 210mm

• Printed in full colour (CMYK)

• Cover will be 350gsm Silk with either matt or gloss lamination

• Text pages will be on 200gsm Silk

• Perfect bound or saddle-stitched (dependant on revenue)

• Delivery is included as one bulk delivery to the Golf Club

Lifespan of Brochure

The lifespan of the brochure is deemed to be exactly 2 years from the date of delivery to the Golf Club. We will contact the club 12 weeks prior to the next publication date to enquire about the renewal of the publication.

Publishing Duration

The initial production of the brochure (from start to finish) normally takes between 8 to 12 weeks, and is very dependant on both the club and advertisers supplying us with the information required to put the brochure together. Kudos Media will do everything in our power to ensure that production does not exceed 12 weeks, but cannot take responsibility should this occur.

The brochures will not only be printed to an excellent standard, but will also be hosted on our on-line gallery - a link will be sent to the Club and all Advertisers for promotional purposes as each advert has links to their own website and email addresses. Electronic files can also be supplied to the Golf Club so that they can be housed within their own website, or as a link to our platform.

The electronic version of the brochure will be also be promoted on Social Media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
