Our main lounge is an ideal venue for Weddings and Private Functions. With views across the golf course and space for up to 130 people, the lounge is perfect for whatever your celebration. The Committee room upstairs also provides the perfect space for more intimate events, such as meetings and training events.

Waterlooville Golf Club is the ideal venue for your private functions and business events.
The Club is located just a few minutes from the A3, between Portsmouth and Petersfield, with ample parking available. Whether you are planning a small or large event, for business or pleasure, our friendly staff are on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly. We have a number of catering options available to suit all requirements.
Private Functions
Waterlooville Golf Club is the perfect place for private functions including birthday parties, anniversaries, wedding receptions, christenings and wakes.
Our air-conditioned main lounge has wonderful views across the golf course as well as a patio area overlooking the 18th green. We are able to offer you a variety of catering options from a choice of informal finger buffets, a hot and cold buffet and
a two or three course dining experience. You and your guests will also have access to the lounge’s
well-stocked, fully licensed bar. We are able to accommodate up to 120 people for a sit-down meal or up to 150 for a buffet.
Our lounge also has a dance floor should you wish to organise entertainment and children of all ages are welcome.
Meetings
Our conference room is the ideal place for your business meetings, including training events, team days and breakfast meetings. There is space for between 15 and 35 people depending on whether you require a boardroom or presentation layout.
We offer bespoke delegate packages, all of which include free wi-fi as well as tea, coffee and soft drinks with a choice of catering options for breakfast and/or lunch.
The conference room is on the first floor and therefore offers you a private space for your business event with the option of combining your meeting with a round of golf should you wish to do so.
